The Table of Plenty has many volunteers who show up bi-monthly, monthly, and sometimes weekly to help serve the guests. In July 2016, one of Table of Plenty's regular volunteers, Ariele Sieling, got married, and the Kittery site hosted a small pre-wedding meal to celebrate.
The meal was provided by The Weathervane Restaurant, who served a delicious combination of lobster, steamers, and corn on the cob, and the team that week made a wonderful chicken casserole as an alternative for those that couldn't have the seafood.
Close to 75 guests attended the meal.
Two days later, Ariele Sieling and Josh Howard were married. The Table of Plenty would like to thank Ariele and Josh for including them and the guests as part of their wedding festivities, The Weathervane Restaurant for such amazing food, and the many volunteers that attended the meal.
Ariele also wrote us a short note, saying: "We would like to thank Table of Plenty for hosting such a fantastic celebration for us. We had a wonderful time. We would also like to express our appreciation to all of the people who brought cards and gifts. Each card meant a lot to us, and we thank everyone for the well wishes!"
Ariele also provided us with some pictures of the Table of Plenty celebration, and a few from the wedding itself.
Enjoy!
